DeShala Hunt, CEO, LCSW is an integrative therapist that prides herself in meeting client's where they are and catering services to the client's personality and specific needs. Although she specializes in faith based, psychodynamic counseling, she is also trained in the following treatment modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, EMDR, level 3 Gottman Method, COSP Facilitator, mindfulness, and more! She believes that one model does not fit every client and strongly considers each client's personality during treatment. Please note that all services at The Kairos Experience, PLLC are offered online and are HIPAA compliant TeleHealth services. 

DeShala is a holistic, Christian couples therapist that is also registered as a cosp facilitator near Cary, Raleigh, Durham, and Research Triangle Park. She specializes in treating the whole person: the body, mind, and spirit along with their families, children, and romantic relationships.

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being. Insurance and self pay accepted.

Couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. Sessions are self-pay only

Family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. We work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Sessions are self-pay only.

Life coaching consists of basic encouragement, professional development, career coaching, and spiritual guidance. Open to all states but is not clinical.

$100 per 45 minute session

Group therapy sessions have limited spaces and are offered after initial consultation. Group sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges. I offer groups for a variety of mental health concerns. Sessions are self-pay only.

Session Length and Price Range:

$40 per couple/per session for Circle of Security Parent Training Group (60 minutes). Limited Spaces.

$25 per adolescent/per session for Ladies to Virtuous Women Group (60 minutes). Limited Spaces.

$50 per person/per session for Body+Mind+Spirit Basic Principles (60 Minutes).
